Fair Use Policy
Charter Companion plans include generous usage for normal charter operations.
How it works
- Each plan includes a monthly message allowance sized for your fleet bracket (Standard: 300, Pro: 750, Enterprise: 1,500). We'll notify you when you reach 80%.
- If the cap is reached, guests are directed to contact the base directly. You can purchase a message pack from your dashboard to restore service immediately, or upgrade your plan for more capacity.
Message packs
Need a bit more capacity mid-period? Message packs are one-time top-ups that are consumed after your plan allowance runs out:
- 100 messages — €29 (€0.29/msg). A quick emergency valve for unexpected spikes.
- 250 messages — €49 (€0.20/msg). Better value for a busier-than-expected period.
Packs expire at the end of your current billing period and do not roll over. If you regularly need extra messages, upgrading your plan is more cost-effective.
Annual plans
Annual plans have a yearly allowance (Standard: 3,600, Pro: 9,000, Enterprise: 18,000) instead of monthly — so peak-season months can use more while off-season balances it out.
You're in control
From your dashboard you can see exactly how many messages have been used, whitelist or blacklist individual phone numbers, and turn the assistant on or off at any time.
Most customers never think about limits
This policy exists to protect the service for everyone. Normal charter operations stay well within the included allowance, even during peak season.
